公司地处东海之滨、杭州湾畔，位于浦东新区与星火开发区之间。占地面积26000m2，固定资产3000万元，流动资金4200万元。公司拥有一支多年从事焊接设备研究、设计、开发的专业工程技术人员队伍，具有完备的加工制造条件，先进的设计和试验检测手段，专业生产各类交流弧焊机、直流弧焊机、氩弧焊机、CO2气体保护焊机、埋弧焊机、电阻焊机、空气等离子切割机等七大类十八个系列近百个型号规格的焊接设备。

Shanghai Hunan Welding Equipment Company Limited (originally Shanghai Hunan Electric Welder Factory) is a trans-regional, trans-industrial, trans-ownership limited company approved by Shanghai People's Government.
It is located at the banks of the East China Sea and Hangzhou Gulf and between Pudong New Area and Xinghuo Development Zone, occupying an area of 26,000m2 with the fixed assets of RMB30,000,000 and circulating capital of RMB42,000,000. The company owns a professional team of engineering technicians experienced in the research, design and development of welding equipment, complete processing and manufacturing facilities, advanced designing, testing and detecting means, specializing in the production of seven major categories, eighteen series and about one hundred models of welding equipment like various AC arc welders, DC arc welders, argon arc welders, CO2 gas welder, submerged arc welders, resistance welders and air plasma cut-off machines.
The "Hunan Brand" welder produced by the company has passed the certification by China Electric Products Certification Commission, been awarded the Gold Prized at China Welding Fair several times and conferred the title of "Shanghai Famous Brand Product".
